The CVSP Center

The training centre is located in the Algarve, near Tavira, on a 3.5-hectare plot of land in a rural setting typical of the Algarve countryside. This means you can enjoy nature while strolling among almond and fig trees, olive trees and carob trees. Some of the trees are several hundred years old. They allow us to hold Tai Chi classes in the shade, caressed by the sea breeze coming in from the ocean.

Over the years, the Centre has been enriched with fruit trees and vegetable gardens that allow us to produce organic fruit and vegetables.

The weather is very favourable for practising Tai Chi outdoors. There are many sunny days.

The location near the sea and close to railway and bus stations allows students to get around on foot.

Activities

The Centre offers the following courses for beginners and advanced students:

Training courses;

Training on demand;

Weekly courses;

Daily courses for students or trainees who wish to stay outside the Centre;

A great summer workshop led by Fabien Bastin and other experienced teachers from the school. They offer their vision of our art. This workshop is an opportunity to meet and exchange experiences with people from different countries;

Days to discover our art;

It is also possible to extend the courses for short holiday periods.

To get

Access to the center is easy. You can reach it by train or bus from Faro (27km), Seville (180km) and Lisbon (300km) airports.

Depending on availability, the center can provide a taxi service from Tavira bus terminal or Faro airport.
